On 23 07 2010 Mr Bahl just informs that he has forwarded my questions to C-DAC.
Hey ye all, who want to know if Govt officers can READ -- have you got your answer?
Anyway, I was thus forced to right a second letter and he gets opportunity to delay the reply.

Sir,
Thanks for your prompt reply to my application 14.07.2010 and forwarding the same to the Public Information Officer, C-DAC, Pune.
Your reply to me is unsatisfactory. Some of my questions were pertaining to C-DAC. But, Question Nos.2,4,7, 8, 9 pertain to the Ministry, for which C-DAC cannot answer. I expect replies from your end to the above questions.
Further, even for question No.1,3,5 and 6 please let me know whether the Ministry and Department had any say or these decisions were left completely to the discretion of C-DAC? This information is important and necessary to understand the working of your department.
Thanking you,
Yours faithfully,

(LEENA MEHENDALE)
